5. Our Apps (Alma & SHOVO)
Use of our apps is subject to the individual app's terms presented at the time of download or purchase. Key points that apply across all Alma IT apps:
- Credits and paid features are non-refundable once used.

Payments made through our apps are processed via Google Play Billing or approved mobile money providers. All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of those payment platforms. Alma IT does not store payment card details.
